Tefal Resist Intense Non-Stick Wok Pan 28cm

The Tefal Resist Intense Wok Pan 28cm (D5221983) is engineered to meet the demands of dynamic, high-heat stir-frying, searing, and deep-pan cooking. Featuring an expansive 28 cm diameter combined with an extra-deep 108.60 mm sidewall profile, this French-crafted wok provides the generous bowl capacity needed to toss noodles, sear meats, and sauté large vegetable medleys without ingredients spilling onto the stovetop.

Designed specifically to withstand direct gas flame cooking, the exterior is reinforced with Tefal’s FlameProtect technology. This protective barrier defends against intense heat, preventing scorching, discoloration, and scratches to keep the elegant Bordeaux Burgundy finish looking pristine. Inside, the wok features a durable Titanium non-stick coating that lasts up to two times longer than standard Tefal non-stick coatings, enabling healthy, low-fat cooking and effortless food release.

Culinary precision is guided by the integrated Thermo-Signal™ heat indicator (Thermo-Spot), which shifts to solid red once the pan reaches the ideal preheat temperature for a crisp, restaurant-style sear. Constructed from high-grade lightweight aluminum (weighing just 0.94 kg) with a fixed ergonomic handle, the wok operates smoothly across gas, electric, ceramic, and halogen hobs, and is fully dishwasher safe for easy maintenance.
