A thorough clean automatically
Make it easy for yourself: HydroClean gives the stainless steel oven compartment of your Miele combination steam oven a thorough clean automatically. The foam produced by mixing water with Miele?s innovative HydroCleaner soaks into food residues to remove them from the surfaces of the oven compartment. Even stubborn soiling is removed with ease, saving you the effort of scrubbing and leaving your oven compartment spotlessly clean.

The benefits of external steam
Innovative steam system: the steam generator in our appliances is located outside the oven compartment. During the cooking process, the incoming steam completely fills the oven compartment and displaces the oxygen. This results in fast heating and optimum temperature measurement and preserves the natural colour of the food. And because limescale cannot build up in the oven compartment, cleaning is particularly easy.

Moisture and dry heat: the ideal combination
Flexibility for best baking and roasting results: combine humidity and dry heat as you wish. To ensure the best results, you can adjust both the temperature (30 degrees C to 225 degrees C) and moisture content (0 to 100 percent) in combination mode. These settings can be changed up to 10 times in quick succession. This ensures the food is cooked just the way you like it.

All-round expert for even results
Perfection to suit your taste: the Miele steam oven is the ideal complement to the oven and cooktop and ensures best cooking results. Fast heat-up times and cooking durations as well as even steam distribution make it easier for you to prepare food, this is made possible with a powerful external steam generator (3.3 kW) and the special positioning of two DualSteam steam inlets.

Certain foods need a beautifully crisp exterior for that perfect finishing touch: chips and potato croquettes, for example, are best cooked in a dry oven compartment climate. This is achieved through controlled reduction of the moisture in the oven. You can select the Crisp function individually.
