Warming drawer from Smeg have many areas of use. Keep plates and cups warm before serving. Defrost food slowly and preserve flavor and texture in a better way than defrosting in a regular microwave. Warming boxes are also ideal when you prepare different dishes and need to keep food warm or when bread needs to rise. Warming boxes are installed directly under the compact oven and are easily opened with a light push. The base of the drawer is fitted with an anti-slip mat to prevent items from sliding.
